The vaulted ceilings and large windows, allowing an abundance of light, provide a wonderful open and spacious feeling. There is approximately 1900 square feet of living area. The view of the ocean from the living room, den, and kitchen is a reminder of the reason to be here; and a lure to venture down the sandy beach road to the dune crossing, less than a minute walk away.

The décor of the home has an eclectic tropical feel with an elegant flair. By using island colors and wood tones, we created this tropical atmosphere. We are happy to open our home to others who may be able to enjoy this ambiance as well. There is truly no other place like this on this island.

There are 4 separate sleeping areas and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with enough floor space to place a queen size air mattress on the floor. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom/den has a king size trundle bed. The glass enclosed Loft area has a leather queen size sleeper sofa. The living room ottoman is equipped with a twin size cot. You can comfortably sleep 8 people, and could maximize the space with 10 –12 people.

The covered porch enables you to enjoy the onshore breezes and the rhythmic sounds of the ocean waves with a view of the ocean. An added convenience is the pass through window from the kitchen.

The Kitchen is beautiful and spacious with a peek at the ocean from the window. It has a tray ceiling that is covered with a relaxing painting of a lighthouse and a sea turtle on ocean shore. The pendant lighting shimmering across the shiny granite counter tops accentuate the open spacious feeling. The new stainless steel appliances add to the elegance of the fully equipped kitchen.

The tropical ambience immediately transports you to an island oasis. This is an elegant space with a cozy feel. This villa has a great room, which encompasses a living room, a dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a seven-foot bar. The villa has approximately 1000 square feet of living area. The soothing island colors enhance your vacation experience. There is no other place like this on this island.

There are 3 separate sleeping areas and 2 bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms have queen size beds. The convertible den that has a trundle daybed that converts to a king size bed, making a third bedroom. This room is also wonderful for playing games such as cards, checkers, and chess. There is also a queen size air mattress available for your use. You can comfortably sleep 6 people, and could maximize the space with 8 people.

The Kitchen is beautiful and spacious. The pendant lighting shimmers across the shiny granite counter tops. The fully stocked kitchen is well appointed and open to the living area over the 7 feet long granite countertop bar.

The French door of the Den leads to the covered porch with a rattan sofa and dining table. This porch enables you to enjoy the onshore breezes and the rhythmic sounds of the ocean waves.
